Refund Policy and Returns
At our store, we prioritize customer satisfaction and have crafted a 14-day return policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience. This gives you a 14-day window from the time of receiving your item to request a return, provided the criteria outlined below are met. Unfortunately, if this period has lapsed, we are unable to process any return requests.
To qualify for a full refund, the item in question must be faulty, damaged, or broken. In such cases, kindly reach out to us within three days of receiving the product, along with supporting photos, videos, and relevant evidence to justify a refund. We will take 14 days to assess the situation before deciding on the appropriate course of action.
If you wish to exchange your purchase due to personal preferences (e.g., a different color), please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs and arrangements. Refunds are not applicable for incorrect selections such as specification, color, measurements, or size.
Our "All Sales are Final" policy implies that clearance sales and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Additionally, the item must be unworn or unused, have tags still on it, be in its original packaging, and come with a receipt or other official proof of purchase in order to qualify for a return.
It is crucial to notify us of a defective product within three days of receiving it, along with the necessary supporting documentation, as previously mentioned. As a wholesale company working with global manufacturers, our obligation to report manufacturing defects to the suppliers also falls within this three-day window. Within the 14 days specified in Section 22.1 of our terms of service, both our team and the manufacturers will review your return request.
Our replacement policy for defective items spans three days from the date of delivery. If three days have passed since then, regretfully, we cannot offer free shipping for returns. To initiate a return, kindly contact us at the email address provided at the end of our return policy page. Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be entertained.
Damages and Issues
We urge you to inspect your order upon receipt and immediately notify us of any defects or damages so that we may assess the situation and provide appropriate solutions.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For non-faulty products, you will bear the shipping costs for returns after acquiring approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Some items are exempt from returns:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Customized products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Gift card purchases
Personal care goods
Returns will not be approved for products with damages or faults resulting from user errors or if reported after the specified timelines.
For exchanges, first return the original item for approval, and then make a separate purchase for the new item. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items and recommend purchasing insurance or tracking. Returns concerning incorrect measurements as per our measurement table are not accepted. If measurements are unclear, please contact us before placing an order.
Upon evaluating the faulty product evidence, we will inform you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, but it may take time depending on your bank or credit card company.
Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks due to delivery delays are not permitted, given the possible impact of external factors such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, and lockdowns. While we continuously strive to provide exceptional service, we apologize for any inconvenience arising from unforeseen circumstances.
Orders that have been shipped or dispatched cannot be canceled. Return requests can only be initiated after receiving the product, adhering to the aforementioned conditions.

Chargebacks are not accepted, as we strive to resolve issues directly with our customers. In any situation, claims cannot exceed the amount paid for a product, including shipping. Please refer to Sections 18 and 19 of our terms of service for more information on disputes.
