Shipping Policy and Guidelines

At our company, we are dedicated to ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our shipping process involves thorough quality control, packaging, invoicing, and handover to a reliable courier service. We aim to have your order dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Please note that shipping and delivery times typically range from 5 to 14 working days, not including dispatch time. While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Accuracy of addresses:

Please contact us promptly with the subject 'URGENT' if you spot a mistake in the shipping address you gave. Before sending your order out, we will make every effort to fix the problem. Delivery failures attributable to an "insufficient address" will not be compensated for, however.

Order Status Update:

Our email of shipment confirmation will provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your transaction. Please be aware that tracking updates may not be available for your item for up to four days.

From what location will you be receiving your shipment?
We're a small business, but we work with logistics partners all around the world to provide shipping to a wide variety of countries at very reasonable prices. In addition to helping us provide excellent service to our customers, this also helps us keep our prices as low as possible.


Non-Shipping Days and Delays

During busy periods, such as public holidays and peak seasons (e.g., Valentine's Day), your order may take additional time to process and reach you. Customs and postal services may also face delays during these times.

We do not ship on weekends or certain holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas (December 22nd–27th). Shipping estimates will resume on the following business day.

Please be aware that our products may ship from different manufacturers and warehouses, and some items might arrive separately. We cannot control or be held responsible for delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, or transportation strikes.

Faulty Products and Return Policy

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us through our website's contact form. For more information on returns, refer to Section 22 of our Terms of Service policy.

Import taxes and duties

Orders shipped to countries outside of Vietnam may be subject to import taxes, duties, and related customs fees. As the customer, you are responsible for these charges.

Order Changes and Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may need to change or cancel your order. To do so, simply email us within 24 hours of submitting the order. After this window, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Shipping costs and transport fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the shipment, as well as the price of the entire order. Shipping fees will be calculated in real-time at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for transport costs, including returns, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Unforeseen Circumstances and Delay Policies

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, wars, and pandemics, are considered force majeure events that we cannot control. We are constantly working to provide exceptional service to our valued customers, but we apologize for any delays or inconvenience these situations may cause. Please note that delivery delays are not a valid reason for a refund or chargeback.

Chargeback Policy

We do not accept chargebacks and strive to resolve any issues with our customers directly. In any situation, a claim cannot exceed the amount paid for a product, including shipping. To learn more about our dispute resolution policies, please refer to Sections 18 and 19 of our terms of service.
